Twelve Moons is an assemblage totaling nearly ten acres on the exclusive Thunderbird Mountain consisting of most of the undeveloped land in Thunderbird Mountain. This offering will consist of two villages, Black Bear Village and Wachacha Village.

Black Bear Village is situated at the top of the mountain providing spectacular views to Lake Santeetlah. This village will consist of 16 lots set in a village area with common landscaped areas, water features, mountain trails, and common gazebos. Homes will range from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet.

Wachacha Village is set in a wooded area overlooking Lake Santeetlah and consists of 17 forest cottages, set within the woods with ample common areas, two waterfalls and mountain streams, gazebos, and woodland trails. Homes in this community will range from 850 to 2500 square feet.

Both villages will have a set of restrictive covenants, including architectural design guidelines, establishing the unique character and the outstanding quality of these communities - a trademark of the Great Camps of the Smokies.

Through reciprocity agreements, the residents of both villages will be able to fully utilize the lake through the Santeetlah Canoe Club & Marina and have full use of the properties and amenities of Frank’s Creek - conveniently located within a fifteen minute drive.
